Our flagship product, Shadow's Edge, blends the fun of gaming with proven mental health principles. Co-created with teens in the US, Latin America, and Europe, this interactive experience encourages self-reflection, resilience, and problem-solving. Young people tackle adversity using narrative therapy-based prompts and artistic expression.
Shadow’s Edge Guide to Self-Awareness: Social-Emotional Learning for Teens
Teens and young adults dealing with emotional challenges or managing chronic illnesses.his interactive workbook takes teens on a journey through the city of Shadow’s Edge, a place transformed by a storm into a grey and lifeless space. With the help of the Guardians—Ty, Maize, and Pax—readers engage in activities that guide them through the stages of Disruption, Disillusionment, and Discovery, helping them explore their emotions and personal growth.
Designed as a companion to the free self-help app Shadow’s Edge, this workbook supports social-emotional learning through creative expression and self-reflection. It is made possible by the Digging Deep Project, a nonprofit dedicated to providing resources for young people facing physical, mental, and emotional challenges.
